Price Match Policy

Our Commitment

Yoghobke is committed to competitive pricing on all our fans and home appliances. If you find an identical product at a lower total price from a qualifying UK retailer, we will do our best to match it.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be identical — same brand, model, colour, and specification

  • Competing retailer must be a legitimate UK-based online or physical retailer

  • Lower price must be publicly listed and verifiable via a live URL at the time of request

  • Item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor

  • Total price including delivery must be lower than our total


Exclusions

  • Third-party marketplace sellers (Amazon third-party, eBay, Facebook Marketplace)

  • Auction or bidding platforms

  • Flash sales, clearance events, or going-out-of-business sales

  • Pricing errors or technical glitches

  • Membership-only or trade pricing

  • International retailers or non-GBP prices

  • Second-hand, refurbished, or ex-display items


How to Request

  • Email antinedrodrigue@outlook.fr with subject line "Price Match Request"

  • Include: product name, competitor name, and a direct link to the live listing

  • We will review and respond within 1–2 business days


Terms

Price match approvals are at the sole discretion of Yoghobke, apply to a single transaction only, and are not retroactive. We reserve the right to update or withdraw this policy at any time.
