Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is always the price confirmed on the order summary at the time of purchase. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown in full before payment is taken.

When You Are Charged

Payment is authorised when you place your order and captured at or shortly before dispatch. For pre-order items, payment may be taken at the time of order; this is always stated clearly on the product page before you buy.

Billing Descriptor

Statement reference: charges from us appear on your bank or card statement as "YOGHOBKE". If you do not recognise a charge under this descriptor, please contact us before raising a dispute and we will help identify the transaction.

Order Authorisation & Verification

All orders are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and to our fraud-prevention and address-verification checks. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional verification for any order where payment cannot be authorised or where fraud is suspected. Where an order is cancelled, any authorised amount is released or refunded in full.

Buy-Now-Pay-Later (Klarna)

Where you choose a Klarna option, your agreement for that credit is between you and Klarna and is subject to Klarna's own terms, eligibility, and status checks. We receive payment from Klarna; your repayment schedule is managed directly through Klarna.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails to settle, your order will not be processed or dispatched. We will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method where possible.

Pricing Errors

In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We will contact you to offer the item at the correct price or to cancel and fully refund the order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to alternative accounts.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at antinedrodrigue@outlook.fr. We aim to resolve billing queries quickly and amicably, which is usually faster than a formal chargeback.
